You may call us during normal business hours, 8 – 4:30, at 301-665-9098 to request a prescription refill. Please allow two business days for your request to be processed. If you have not been seen within one year, we cannot issue a prescription refill. Please have the following information available when you call:

• Your name
• Date of birth
• Daytime phone
• Your physician's name
• Name of medication to be refilled
• Dosage
• Length of refill (1 month or 3 month)
• Your pharmacy and pharmacy phone number
• Date of your next appointment
