Referrals
Most routine appointments, such as annual well-woman exams, do not require a referral. However, some OB/GYN services do require a referral from your primary physician. If your plan requires a referral, please bring it with you on the day of your appointment. If you are not certain what your health insurance benefits cover, you should contact your administrator at your place of employment before your appointment. |
